Born in Katikati B.O.P and educated in same I spent the first 3 years working on Dairy farms around the Bay of Plenty. I then worked for a year as a Winstone Gib-Board Stopper in the same area.
In 1979 aged 18yrs, I trained as a Ministry of Transport Traffic Officer and after the merger in 1992 continued with the Police where I have spent until earlier this year based out of Te Puke.I have 5 children am married and live in Oropi, Tauranga. I am a very keen amateur fisherman. My retirement was the end of phase one of my life. I have not meddled in the world of Politics but in the past have been keen along with others to point out where Politicians have gone wrong. I am now part of the Conservative Party whose core values I support and hope to represent those values in the upcoming election.
