Paul Stipkovits grew up in Wellington City. After Leaving St Patrick's College Kilbirnie in 2006, He headed down to Christchurch for a year to be a youth pastor. While down in Christchurch Paul gained a little experience in the Baking Industry. With moving back to Wellington he completed his training to become a Craft Baker at a small local bakery.
