I have been meeting with people across the Waikato electorate from Pokeno, Huntly, Ngaruawhaia, Morrinsville and Matamata, they tell me that they have had it tough over last few years. There are plenty of people who want to work right across the electorate but they can’t get jobs – Labour has a plan for our economy which will tackle these issues.

The people of Waikato deserve a real choice at this election and I am thrilled to be chosen to be a strong voice for Labour in the Waikato.\

I am Auckland based and I run my own small business specialising in communications and public affairs. I have previously worked at executive level in private and public sector companies.

I am Womens vice president of the New Zealand Labour party and I ran the turn out strategy for Len Browns mayoral victory.

I am on the Council of the University of Auckland and I am currently Vice President of the YWCA of Auckland.

I have previously served in local government as chair of the Tamaki Community Board from 2004 until I retired in Oct 2010.

I am number 35 of the Labour Party List 2011
